Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble panelboards and/or switchboards to customer specifications using electrical drawings, manufacturing schematics, and work instructions.
  • •Perform electrical wiring assembly using tools such as wire strippers and plyers.
  • •Inspect and test finished products to maintain quality standards and ensure conformance with specifications and codes.
  • •Receive and put away material, prepare finished products for shipment, and communicate progress issues or part shortages.
  • •Perform Lean initiatives, maintain equipment/tools/work area per 5S guidelines, and cross-train/flex across functions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year of experience in an assembly role using hand and/or power tools, or completion of a one-year Technical School diploma from an accredited institution.
  • •Ability to follow manufacturing drawings, electrical drawings, and work instructions.
  • •Experience reading wiring diagrams/schematics and understanding power flow to install correct wires.
  • •Experience with measuring tools, torque tolerance, and hardware assembly/quality inspection.
  • •Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly, work overtime as required, and follow safety/5S practices.
