Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, control, and report project cost history and forecasts; maintain planned vs. actual cost and commitment schedules.
  • •Manage internal labor and project costs to the allocated budget, including cost analysis and advising on cost overruns.
  • •Create and manage budget transfer requests, ensuring accurate calculations and limited correction at final approval.
  • •Process and approve MR, PO, S/C Agreement, PC, SRV, and SIV within required timelines; perform daily cost allocation verification and reallocations.
  • •Produce weekly and monthly job cost reports, verify progress measurements on site at least weekly, and upload verified BCWP into the ERP system.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years of relevant cost control experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  • •Experience with cost control packages such as CCS (Candy) is an advantage.
  • •Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera Scheduling.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, plus education in civil engineering or engineering.
