Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for an AI Neobank app, turning manual financial workflows into reliable automations. Create AI agents and experiences across onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling using LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails. Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact builds, ship quickly, and improve production reliability while balancing accuracy, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve real customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to identify what is worth building and ship improvements in production.
•Design systems around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build and ship production systems (not just AI strategy or management).
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
•Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Good judgement on what should and should not be automated.
•Fintech/banking or related experience (support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM, or operations automation) is a strong plus.
