Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, contracts, supply chain, government acquisition, or a related field; or 4 years of additional experience substituted in lieu of degree.
  • •5+ years supporting federal subcontracting, procurement, or proposal development in FAR-based environments.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Experience developing RFX’s to suppliers, analyzing subcontractor proposals, and negotiating agreements or terms (including source-to-pay/contract management systems).
  • •Strong subcontracting process knowledge across capture and proposal phases, including price analysis, competitive sourcing, and compliance considerations.
