Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the backbone of Klarity’s AI platform by designing, experimenting, testing, and deploying backend services powering multimodal agents.

  • •Balance long-term architecture with fast shipping cadence while maintaining codebase health and evolving scope with increasing autonomy.
  • •Design and implement enterprise-grade security: least-privilege access, tenant isolation, auditability, and secure data handling.
  • •Translate ambiguous product asks into clean technical specs and collaborate across disciplines to deliver production-grade features for Fortune 500 enterprises.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years shipping production code (or exceptional new grads with strong portfolios).
  • •Backend engineering experience building reliable, observable, secure, and fast services, APIs, data models, and infrastructure.
  • •Systems thinking with the ability to design for future evolution and make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered projects to production, including orchestration/evals concepts and exception handling.
