Job Summary

Lead the Authorizations Management team’s sustainment and enhancement of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) across the Pratt & Whitney footprint. Own compliant integration of GTS functions (Compliance, Customs, Risk), maintain GT master data, and publish guidance and standard procedures. Partner with Global Trade and Digital Technology peers to benchmark best practices, support upgrades to S4HANA/E4H, and provide GTS subject-matter expertise for investigations and audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliant integration of GTS functionality across US and non-US locations, including testing and validation of new initiatives such as plant creation and system upgrades.
•Lead cross-functional teams to sustain GT master data that underpins GTS functionality, including HTS codes, ECN, and sanctioned party/embargo lists.
•Develop and update guidance and instructional materials for GT processes and requirements related to P&W ERP systems, including GTS.
•Publish standard procedures for compliant management and use of GTS, including an intake process for logging and resolving application issues.
•Support SAP and GTS initiatives as part of enterprise upgrades to S4HANA and E4H with a focus on change management planning; provide GTS expertise for investigations and audits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ experience with SAP/GTS or similar applications, including managing processes that triage system defects with risk assessment and driving action items to closure.
•2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and/or providing functional oversight of one or more GTS modules, preferably Compliance Management.
•Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while sustaining compliant processes.
•Experience supporting enterprise upgrade efforts related to SAP/GTS in complex environments.
•Operational/process design experience focused on transactions processed through SAP and GTS.
