Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for university roles including sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing.
•Develop and execute strategies to build diverse pipelines for internships, new grad programs, and hard-to-fill roles.
•Cultivate relationships with students, faculty, staff, and student organizations across partnered universities as part of a well-researched recruiting strategy.
•Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand intern and new grad hiring needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
•Travel/onsite presence as required, including 3x per week in the San Francisco office.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 75 hourly

Key Requirements

•4+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing high-volume hiring.
•Experience in managing/leading all aspects of recruiting strategy for hard-to-fill, competitive positions.
•Passionate about campus recruiting and bringing early career talent to Scale.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent negotiation tactics and market knowledge.
