Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of store sales/KPI and individual performance targets, using store resources to meet or exceed goals.
  • •Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • •Maintain brand standards by acting as a Brand Ambassador and applying seasonal product knowledge in customer interactions.
  • •Ensure visual merchandising and in-store communication standards are executed and maintained.
  • •Process deliveries, replenish fixtures, complete cash register transactions accurately, and minimize loss while performing store operations safely.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion, customer-focused retail environment.
