Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning and execution of image, fashion, and corporate events aligned to brand objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Manage event operations including scheduling, venue scouting, talent coordination, catering, security, logistics, guest management, accreditation, production, fittings, and setup.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and consistent brand representation.
•Partner with local markets and regional teams to implement event formats while ensuring compliance with global brand standards.
•Oversee external agencies and vendors, monitor budgets and expenditures, resolve on-site issues, and deliver post-event reporting, analyses, and presentations.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in fashion event management, luxury brand activations, and image events.
•Strong project management skills coordinating multiple events simultaneously.
•Experience managing event budgets, vendor relations, and contract administration.
•Solid understanding of luxury brand positioning, visual storytelling, and brand image standards.
•Fluent English.
