Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer success via design and delivery of a multi-year, multi-stakeholder software roadmap across teams.
  • •Architect, design, and implement trusted safe navigation, collision avoidance, and situational awareness systems balancing constraints and requirements.
  • •Drive development of sensor suites, perception algorithms, planning algorithms, and test fixtures for safe autonomous vehicle operation.
  • •Perform high-impact hands-on engineering across the perception and planning stack, including simulation and data-driven testing/validation.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, systems) to ensure system integration and testing; travel up to 20% as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in C++ and/or Python software development.
  • •Familiarity with autonomous vehicle hardware and sensors such as radar, sonar, LIDAR, and cameras.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of at least one: computer vision, sensor fusion, SLAM, motion planning, or machine learning.
  • •Experience in a senior perception or planning role delivering a robotic system, including technical ownership across the system life cycle.
