Key Responsibilities

•Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
•Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
•Develop and make available informational financial materials to service members and families.
•Coordinate and conduct Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle.
•Utilize virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication (web-based chat, video conferencing) as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent combination with 4 years experience for associate degree; 6 years for high school diploma).
•3+ years of financial counseling experience.
•U.S. citizen and fluent English; bilingual in English and Spanish if required by contract.
•Must have AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification; DL may be required.
•Be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation and pass OCI process.
