Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate engineering intent into physical robot assembly by building precision mechanical subassemblies to exacting tolerances.
  • •Consistently meet daily and weekly production output targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • •Deliver subassemblies that pass first-time inspection, minimizing rework and downstream defects.
  • •Maintain dimensional accuracy and proper torque specifications across assemblies you complete.
  • •Identify and escalate process issues, tooling problems, or recurring defects; keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe per ESD and manufacturing standards each shift.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
  • •Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and engineering documentation.
  • •Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, torque wrenches, gauges).
  • •Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained hands-on physical work throughout a shift.
  • •Reliable, punctual, able to work effectively in a team environment; professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal).
