Key Requirements

  • •Degree-qualified in Engineering or a numerate discipline, with the ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC).
  • •Proven experience in missile, effector, or complex defence systems engineering with strong system architecture expertise.
  • •Strong understanding of CONOPS and CONUSE and experience delivering across the full product lifecycle (concept/design through in-service support).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using engineering judgement and structured decision-making for complex challenges.
  • •Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills to influence customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
