Key Responsibilities

•Own delivery and delivery-led growth for Fortune 50 Hi-tech accounts, driving multi-million annual consulting and delivery revenue.
•Lead large, cross-functional AI, Analytics, and Engineering initiatives, including AI foundations and agentic AI solutions powering business transformation.
•Lead a global team of data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to deliver program objectives and ensure strong client outcomes (target NPS 70+).
•Serve as primary senior client contact, managing executive relationships, escalations, and complex stakeholder environments.
•Develop and execute account plans (QBRs, MBRs, joint business plans) and drive proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions for new and expanded work.

•Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise AI delivery.
•Experience engaging senior executives (Directors, Sr. Directors, VP) and leading large cross-functional teams through influence.
