Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for fabrication and assembly.
  • •Coordinate product improvement releases and engineering change requests with design engineering and Operations.
  • •Estimate manufacturing costs and time standards; recommend tooling and process requirements to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • •Develop and use test procedures; assist with defining test specifications and work with test engineering on fixtures.
  • •Gather and evaluate operational/test data, perform root-cause and corrective action analysis, and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • •More than 3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • •Ability to commit to a permanent second shift (4pm - 1.30am), with transport provided.
  • •Ability to work with stakeholders globally and attend meetings across different time zones.
  • •Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive.
