Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, screen, assess, and engage candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • •Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
  • •Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies.
