Job Summary

Own performance marketing for an AI-native design tool, planning and shipping paid acquisition and lifecycle programs across Meta, Google, and other channels. Conduct Jobs-to-be-Done interviews to shape positioning and creative, run experiments across the funnel (from trial activation to onboarding), and optimize landing pages and onboarding through measurement. Build internal leverage using AI coding tools for scripts, dashboards, and workflows, applying AI daily for creative production, analysis, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct customer conversations and Jobs-to-be-Done interviews to inform positioning and creative.
•Plan and ship paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels end-to-end.
•Run and measure growth experiments across the funnel, including ad creative tests and onboarding improvements.
•Build and leverage internal tools using AI coding tools (scripts, dashboards, workflows).
•Own the funnel from first impression through activation: paid acquisition, landing pages, onboarding, and developer experience.

Key Requirements

•Run Jobs-to-be-Done interviews and customer research to extract language, triggers, and anxieties that drive purchase decisions.
•Plan and ship end-to-end paid campaigns, owning ad concepts, design, copywriting, and delivery across channels like Meta and Google.
•Design and measure growth experiments across the funnel, including ad creative tests, trial activation, and onboarding tweaks.
•Manage funnel execution including paid acquisition, landing pages, onboarding, and developer experience from first impression to activation.
•Have builder instinct with some coding or automation experience, including using AI coding tools to create scripts, dashboards, and workflows.
