Sales & Service Lead - Center of Waikiki

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by assessing guest connection, providing technical product education, and coaching team members to close gaps. Build daily client relationships, analyze reports to drive results, and ensure effective floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. Partner with Operations & Visual Leads on reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendors, technology, and facilities, while directly overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers through recruitment and development.
