  • •Lead startup and operational readiness for new branch locations nationwide, including staffing, equipment deployment, customer onboarding, and processes.
  • •Manage route planning, scheduling, equipment deployment, servicing, and asset recovery for sanitation equipment.
  • •Partner with branch leadership, dispatch, logistics, and service teams to optimize fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and state/local environmental regulations for sanitation operations and waste disposal.
