Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify key customer-facing and operational pain points for AI agents.
  • •Own flagship deals end-to-end, structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving deals to close.
  • •Embed with strategic customers to act as a trusted partner and deliver production outcomes as if part of their team.
  • •Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
  • •Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and collaborate with research teams to feed field insights back into platform and model roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, with direct enterprise customer experience preferred.
  • •Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.

  • •Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration for prototyping, demos, and credible technical communication.
  • •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic.
