Job Summary

Lead client service delivery for Ticketmaster’s Cebu operations, owning long-term client partnerships and ensuring contractual obligations are understood and met. Develop and deploy ticketing and marketing strategies, resolve client disputes, and help grow primary and secondary ticket sales through product, technology, and marketing initiatives. Support event planning, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor Client Services team members to improve service quality, communication, and performance.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively manage a client base and develop long-term partnerships, ensuring contractual obligations are understood and achieved.
•Plan and deploy client ticketing strategies, applying improvements from previous events and maintaining current knowledge of Ticketmaster technology and marketing initiatives.
•Identify opportunities to grow ticket sales, revenue, and ancillary revenue, and support new business efforts with relevant presentations.
•Coordinate event and box office planning with internal teams, including settlement-related arrangements and ensuring all parties are briefed and trained.
•Resolve client disputes and mentor guide the Client Management team to improve technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and service quality.

Key Requirements

•Extensive ticketing and client relationship experience with a strong focus on meeting internal and external customer needs.
•Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation and effective listening skills for handling difficult conversations.
•Demonstrated ability to adapt in a pressured environment while adhering to set processes and guidelines.
•Proven staff management and delegation skills, including the ability to mentor and train team members.
•Computer literacy with Windows Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ticketing systems and related reports.
