Provide transactional and regulatory legal support for Masdar in Abu Dhabi, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on UAE law (including employment and energy sector regulations), and coordinating corporate governance across Masdar entities. Key Responsibilities

•Provide transactional support in deal execution, including drafting and reviewing documents and supporting negotiations throughout the investment lifecycle.
•Offer legal and regulatory advice to manage key risks and facilitate informed decision-making.
•Answer queries on legal documentation, templates and day-to-day legal issues arising in the business.
•Advise on UAE law matters including employment law, company law, and energy sector regulations.
•Support corporate governance across Masdar entities, subsidiaries and portfolio companies, including board and shareholder documentation and governance records.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure governance, regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s degree in law from a regionally or internationally reputable university.
•Admission to practice in the UAE or an internationally recognised jurisdiction
•At least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a regional or international law firm
•Ability to review and draft contracts in English and Arabic with fluency in both languages
•Based in Abu Dhabi and able to work on-site at Masdar offices
