Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate development and procurement of prototype and production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • •Develop and implement manufacturing processes and production test strategies, including process controls, work instructions, and standard work.
  • •Lead prototype builds through pilot production lines and drive production readiness, production validation, and issue resolution across plant functions.
  • •Collect and analyze early product and process performance data using Design for Six Sigma, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing approaches.
  • •Create and maintain test specifications, test plans, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with plant test engineers and suppliers to deploy production test systems for NPI.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing or plant operations environment.
  • •Working knowledge of production tooling and assembly fixtures, including part/assembly drawings and bills of materials.
  • •Technical knowledge of electro-mechanical components and assemblies.
