Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide assessment and selection support to recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders, helping identify and implement appropriate assessment solutions.
  • •Support delivery of assessment and selection projects across design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Work with the Assessment and Selection Manager to promote consistent, evidence-based hiring approaches and adoption of assessment frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • •Collect, analyze, and interpret assessment data to evaluate effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes; identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Support training, guidance, and resources for recruiters, hiring managers, and assessors; administer assessment suppliers and contribute to assessment materials and candidate experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •A qualification and/or equivalent experience in Occupational Psychology.
  • •Experience working with assessment and selection activities within recruitment, talent, HR, or occupational psychology environments.
  • •Experience evaluating and interpreting assessment data, producing insights including validation and adverse impact analysis.
  • •Knowledge of assessment and selection methodologies, including advantages/limitations, and assessment validity, reliability, fairness, and candidate experience.
  • •Experience using data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and working with assessment platforms/recruitment technologies.
