Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, manufacturing, production, shipping, and maintenance functions within the plant.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery commitments and maintain established customer service levels.
  • •Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement to optimize operational performance.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and EHS standards across all areas of responsibility.
  • •Monitor and manage key operational metrics, manage budget planning/cost control, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a Value Stream Manager, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or similar leadership role in manufacturing.
  • •Experience leading production, planning, maintenance, and logistics functions.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
  • •Advanced English proficiency.
