Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead daily sales-floor activities to deliver outstanding customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments including POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals through effective selling and consumer engagement. Manage day-to-day team tasks, support store readiness through opening/closing and cash handling, and serve as a brand ambassador while following Asset Protection and inventory control procedures.
