Problem Analyst

Maintain the stability and performance of systems supporting student and staff experiences by coordinating and resolving complex technical incidents across internal and third-party platforms. Serve as a trusted single point of contact during high-impact events, evaluate issues by severity, manage problem records, and facilitate review meetings. Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify root causes and drive long-term improvements across the university’s technology ecosystem.
