•Manage all building and structural projects, including office renovations, storage areas, and structural modifications of the 1960s factory building
•Conduct structural studies and level-up drafts (e.g., asbestos mapping, load descents, soil studies, factory extensions)
•Integrate new equipment and facilities; define extension plans up to 2030 and ensure compliance with the Master Plant 2030
•Define modification strategies and feasibility studies for plant buildings, assess viability, and plan investments (CAPEX)
•Ensure project planning, reporting to the line manager and plant CODIR, and coordinate with external consultants

Key Requirements

•Civil engineering degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience as a Building Project Manager in cosmetic/pharmaceutical or chemical industries

•AutoCAD knowledge and ability to analyze machine programs
•Willingness to communicate in English for project interactions with group or suppliers
