Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the broad-based equity program architecture end to end, including guidelines, new-hire sizing, refresh logic, and exception framework.
  • •Build and maintain compensation and equity financial models for retention/attrition risk, dilution, grant sizing scenarios, and allocation shifts.
  • •Lead compensation expense planning across base, bonus, and equity, including forecasts, in-cycle re-forecasts, actuals tracking, and variance reporting.
  • •Execute the monthly equity grant cycle end to end, including share requests, approval routing, and stakeholder deliverables.
  • •Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to drive budgeting decisions, set standards for modeling, and coach others on program judgment.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in compensation with deep experience in equity plan design, administration, financial modeling, and forecasting.
  • •Experience across compensation disciplines such as job architecture, market pricing, incentive design, or compliance.
  • •Experience owning a compensation budget or partnering directly with FP&A on compensation forecasting.
  • •Build models others can inherit with documented assumptions, traceable logic, and structured scenario testing.
