Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global long-term containment strategy for Violent Behaviours and Dangerous Actors harms, leading a multi-regional team of analyst individual contributors.
  • •Manage team performance, goals, and roadmap, accountable for escalation reduction, prevalence reduction, recidivism, and discoverability metrics.
  • •Shift Violent Behaviours and Dangerous Actors harms from reactive handling to durable containment in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • •Define and report success measures, expanding escalation signals into broader cluster/network/rule-based mitigations and standardizing best practices across regions.
  • •Drive operational rigor (roadmap, OKRs, headcount planning) and champion well-being/resilience for a team exposed to sensitive content.

  • •5+ years experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, or adjacent integrity domains, including directly managing and developing a team of individual contributors across multiple regions.
  • •Demonstrated experience in the Violent Behaviours and Dangerous Actors domain at scale, with a track record of shipping systemic, long-term mitigations.
  • •Strong data fluency to partner with DS and Product teams on systems and turn large datasets into actionable insight.
  • •Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
