  • •Drive end-to-end delivery of expected business outcomes and benefits realization through dependency scope definition and incremental value planning.
  • •Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data and technology solutions.
  • •Provide executive-ready status/health reporting including dashboards, milestone updates, risk communications, and delivery tracking.
  • •Proactively identify, manage, and escalate issues and risks impacting scope, schedule, budget, and business outcomes.
  • •Support vendor oversight and contract/SOW development to achieve program goals, prioritizing deliverables and governing dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Six or more years of experience in technology or a related field, with three years demonstrating proficiency delivering outcomes/projects.
  • •Proven experience leading technology projects and programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • •Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills, with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership and interacting across all associate levels and vendors.
  • •Undergraduate studies (bachelor’s preferred) in management information systems, engineering, math, computer science, data analytics, or comparable experience/education strongly preferred.
