Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and pilot the industrial strategy for new products and production infrastructures.
  • •Intervene in upstream phases (BID) to estimate the industrial solution and influence technical choices.
  • •Specify infrastructures and industrial means to guarantee a sustainable state-of-the-art.
  • •Establish industrialization plans by defining the organization, performance targets, and production flows.
  • •Build industrial roadmaps and monitor maturation of processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree with Bac+5 and at least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment as an Industrial Architect, Industrialization Manager, and/or production line manager.
  • •Knowledge in electrical/hyperfrequency, mechanical systems, test benches and integration.
  • •Experience leading lots of industrialization and applying design for manufacturing.
  • •Strong transverse management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • •Ability to operate in an international context and communicate in English.
