Job Summary

Provide clinical expertise for pre-sales activities, product demonstrations and application training in Indonesia for Philips Image Guided Therapy. Support sales with clinical decision-making, develop clinical sales strategies, coordinate evaluations, train customers on cathlab/C-arm usage and safety, and ensure quality-compliant training and handover of new products within APAC while potentially covering other countries.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide clinical decision support for products and solutions to Account Managers during sales presentations and customer acquisition.
•Develop and execute clinical sales strategies to expand market share and coordinate clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations with the sales team.
•Educate sales team on emerging clinical issues, keep up to date with developments in clinical applications and equipment, and ensure compliance with quality policy.
•Train customers on best clinical procedures and protocols to optimize usage of cathlabs, patient monitors and C-arm equipment; develop competency-based training material.
•Support new product launches and conduct regular customer visits to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•University degree in relevant allied health discipline majors
•Cathlab, C-arm and radiation safety in-depth knowledge, proficiency in one clinical segment (e.g., Interventional Cardiology, Radiology, vascular, Neurology)
•Minimum 2-5 years experience in clinical applications or as a radiographer in a hospital setting
•Experience using Cathlab or C-arms and advanced applications
•Fluent English and local language; strong communication and presentation skills; problem-solving and priority-setting abilities
