Job Summary

Oversee and support the Depositary function for UCITS and AIFMD funds in Luxembourg, ensuring compliance with regulatory investment restrictions, borrowing limits, and prospectus requirements. Perform cash-flow monitoring, safekeeping/recordkeeping and ownership verification, review team controls, and assist with annual on-site reviews of key service providers. Serve as a day-to-day client contact and support Depositary Management expansion, training, and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor fund compliance with prospectus-based and regulatory investment restrictions and borrowing limits.
•Oversee cash flow monitoring and related depositary activities, including transfer agent, fund administrator, income distribution, timely settlement, safekeeping/recordkeeping, and ownership verification.
•Review team work to ensure established depositary procedures and controls are completed accurately and on time.
•Assist with annual on-site reviews of fund administrators, transfer agents, and managers.
•Act as day-to-day contact for clients and attend board meetings as required, including training and mentoring new staff.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years relevant Depositary/Trustee industry experience.
•Comprehensive knowledge of UCITS/AIFMD regulations.
•Fluency in English (verbal and written) and strong oral/written communication skills.
•University degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
•Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines.
