Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping them achieve their financial goals by retaining and growing consumer and business relationships. Provide exemplary customer service, accurately process transactions, educate customers on consumer deposit products, and proactively identify opportunities through disciplined follow-up and outbound calling. Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships while consistently following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
