  • •Lead, coach, and develop ~20 engineers by setting clear expectations and providing timely feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years leading delivery and/or people in multi-team environments.
  • •Track record delivering cloud-native, distributed, security-sensitive platforms, with identity experience a plus.
  • •Strong delivery management including planning, dependency/risk management, release management, and stakeholder communication.
  • •Experience with modern SDLC practices such as CI/CD, test automation, observability, and DevSecOps.
  • •Hands-on AI fluency with AI coding/testing/documentation tools and the ability to coach safe, effective adoption.
