Own and scale paid user acquisition for a core D2C subscription product, building a high-ROI traffic operation and diversifying channel/geography mix to reduce dependence. Define UA strategy, OKRs, KPIs, budgets, and testing roadmaps across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and more. Lead and mentor UA Managers (3–5+), partner with product/creative/data on analytics and attribution, and drive consistent, predictable performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own overall UA strategy across paid platforms, aligning with product and business goals.
•Develop and institutionalise scalable processes, SOPs, testing frameworks, reporting systems, and UA OKRs/KPIs.
•Lead and mentor a UA team (including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management).
•Own paid budget management to drive efficient CAC and positive ROAS using LTV:CAC, retention, and conversion metrics.
•Partner with data/creative to build analytics and attribution models and manage the testing roadmap (A/B tests, geo-expansion, channel scaling, creative iteration).

Key Requirements

•5+ years in performance marketing focused on D2C subscription products (web-to-web, web-to-app).
•Proven experience scaling paid acquisition across multiple platforms with clear ROI accountability.

•Direct experience managing and developing a UA team of at least 3–5 professionals.
•Strong quantitative/analytical skills with proficiency in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel/SQL; deep platform knowledge across major paid channels.
