Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the delivery of estate strategies, portfolio planning studies, and strategic advisory commissions for clients.
  • •Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based recommendations and solutions aligned to client objectives.
  • •Apply research, analytical thinking, and scenario testing to evaluate strategic options and inform robust recommendations.
  • •Build trusted client relationships and provide tailored strategic advice while embedding within client and multidisciplinary teams as required.
  • •Support the Director of Life Sciences Strategy on commissions, proposals, thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering estate strategy, estate planning, strategic advisory, property consultancy, or business planning in complex organizational environments.
  • •Experience contributing to the development of estate strategies, masterplans, business cases, transformation programmes, or capital investment plans.
  • •A chartership-level qualification (or working towards) in a built-environment discipline (architecture, engineering, FM, property) or equivalent experience.
  • •Evidence of positive client engagement and contribution to successful delivery.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement skills and exceptional verbal and written communication for clear, high-quality deliverables.
