Job Summary

Drive growth and customer relationships across assigned markets through go-to-market strategy, market segmentation, and origination. Lead preparation and launch of new market segments, develop and sustain market value propositions and pricing, and support strategic allocation to unlock customer value. Execute commercial contract and account management activities, coordinate cross-functional approvals, and provide executive reporting of business metrics and corrective action plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to the regional Sr. Director on market segmentation, origination strategies, and executive collaboration.
•Drive development and alignment of the global business plan and strategy for assigned market segments or channels.
•Structure and implement a multi-year market strategy with integrated segmentation and product application/solution roadmap, including planning, updates, and approvals.
•Grow deep customer relationships by coordinating across sub-regional managers, key-account managers, and subject matter experts; enable ecosystems and maintain framework agreements.
•Provide cross-functional and executive reporting of key business metrics and corrective action plans to achieve performance targets.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree required; MBA or Masters of Engineering (or equivalent) is a plus.
•10+ years of work experience in business development, sales, engineering, project management, or other relevant business/technical experience.
•7+ years of experience in the energy, alternative energy, and/or utility sectors.
•Prior experience in utility-scale solar energy industry is required.
•Ability to travel to multiple geographies is required.
