Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, manage, and optimize Field Service & MRO inventory, including spare parts, consumables, and critical components.
  • •Collaborate with Field Service, Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability Engineering to anticipate demand for preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • •Develop and maintain critical spares lists (including hazard zone deployments) and establish stocking strategies for highly variable, mission-critical items.
  • •Implement inventory control strategies (min/max, safety stock, reorder points) to address intermittent and event-driven demand.
  • •Monitor part usage and failure rates, expedite at-risk materials to prevent delays, and align with O&S contract requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
  • •6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or MRO planning in a fast-paced manufacturing, aerospace & defense, or technical environment.
  • •Proven ability to solve complex operational challenges with speed and accuracy in a resource-limited environment.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce; ability to travel up to 10% and obtain/maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
