Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, track, and drive engineering quality SLAs and PLC alignment across firmware releases.
  • •Own and communicate release signal health by tracking schedules, dependencies, regressions, and backlog status.
  • •Coordinate release activities across multiple firmware and platform teams for consistent, predictable delivery.
  • •Assess release readiness status, anticipate risk, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of critical blockers.
  • •Lead improvements in branching and release management and build quality dashboards to surface CI/CD health, coverage trends, review cycle times, and defect escape rates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of hands-on experience with software/firmware program or release management.
  • •Thorough knowledge of software engineering and product lifecycle principles, including branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and quality gating.
  • •Ability to define and drive quality metrics and SLAs (test coverage targets, code review processes, defect tracking).
  • •Strong analytical skills building dashboards and using data to drive engineering decisions.
