Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,000 - 235,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in client-facing consulting, enterprise change management, or product management.
  • •At least 3 years of experience creating and executing technology enablement or learning strategies.
  • •At least 3 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional project management initiatives.
  • •Deep technical literacy and power-user familiarity with enterprise generative AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering techniques, and data privacy principles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
