Job Summary

Implement sustainable human and economic development programs in local communities, in line with environmental impact study commitments. Coordinate and monitor project activities across planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation, and compliance reporting, using KPIs for performance and sustainability. Work with government counterparts, NGOs, consultants, and contractors, supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and cost changes, and ensure HSE standards and timely, documented deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

•Report to the Superintendent of Community Affairs and ensure effective and efficient execution of environmental impact study commitments related to socio-economic development programs.
•Implement, monitor, and report on program activities, including sustainability and performance indicators and continuous improvement follow-ups.
•Coordinate and supervise suppliers, contractors, and organizations across project activities to ensure contractual compliance and timely deliverables.
•Manage project planning and budgeting inputs (estimates and budgets), control cost changes, and provide progress and budget execution reports.
•Oversee community training and skill transfer efforts, escalate risks or issues needing special attention, and validate work before approving invoices for payment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, economics, environmental sciences, agronomy, social work, community development, or a related field.
•5 years of experience as a facilitator in designing and implementing program-related projects, including at least 2 years supervising.
•Knowledge of methods for design, development, implementation, monitoring, follow-up, and reporting in the agricultural sector.
•Knowledge of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MIPYMES) in the country.
•Ability to coordinate with government counterparts, NGOs, consultants, and contractors to meet program objectives and indicators.
