Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor and provide accountability to direct reports, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees; execute progression path training and certification processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines while driving quality, production, and cost performance through problem solving and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates with coaching and performance management.
