Job Summary

Support wealth management and financial planning by gathering client data, building case designs and scenarios, and creating or updating financial plans. Prepare client meeting materials, attend meetings, and complete follow-up activities. Create proposals for prospective clients and help monitor portfolios, maintain target allocations, and rebalance as needed. Coordinate with internal teams and liaise with client attorneys and accountants, while handling data consolidation and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to advisors across financial planning activities, including data gathering and plan development.
•Initiate and field client calls on topics such as strategy ideas, account questions, and portfolio inquiries.
•Create proposals for prospective clients and create and/or update financial plans.
•Prepare materials for client meetings, attend meetings, and manage all meeting follow-up activities.
•Monitor portfolios, maintain target allocations, and support data consolidation, rebalancing, and special projects as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•0-4 years of relevant experience.
•Complete or be pursuing CFP®, CFA, or JD.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
