Inside Sales Associate

Work with customers to identify needs, create solutions, and keep the sales process running smoothly. Build relationships with walk-in and phone customers, process and distribute products, and handle questions and complaints. Perform accurate sales order data entry, secure payments or credit authorization, and evaluate warranty items at the counter. Estimate delivery dates and support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
