Senior Financial Analyst

Own core FP&A for a lean finance team, driving budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting while improving forecast accuracy and surfacing actionable insights. Build and maintain financial models, support quarterly forecast updates and investor reporting, and manage commissions, vendor spend, and contract renewals. Partner across People and Partnerships to align headcount and payments with financial forecasts, and investigate variances to identify risks and opportunities as the company scales.
