Key Responsibilities

  • •Weld components for heavy hydraulic attachments as part of manufacturing production.
  • •Perform standard work in a production welding environment following LaBounty procedures, plus quality and safety policies.
  • •Layout, fit-up, measure, and tack weldments; support arc air welding (experience beneficial).
  • •Maintain shop order closeout and follow the production schedule to support timely delivery.
  • •Maintain a safe, organized work area (including 5S end-of-shift cleanup) and perform autonomous daily equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Perform GMAW/MIG wire feed welding to AWS D1.1 standards.

  • •Demonstrate good mechanical aptitude and comfortable use of standard repair and hand tools.
