Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement new requirements, optimizing end-to-end utility processes in SAP IS-U / SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
  • •Analyze current processes and advise on improvements across billing, device management, FI-CA, customer service, EDM, and market communication.
  • •Act as a key liaison between business and IT to ensure requirements are implemented, coordinating fixes, new requirements, and tests.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of experience in SAP consulting (inhouse consulting acceptable).
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities (plus SAP IS-U).
  • •Experience actively involved in an S/4HANA transformation is a plus.
  • •In-depth understanding of energy and utilities business processes and end-to-end sales processes.
  • •Fluent German and good English; confident customer presence and ability to explain complex topics.
