Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and their execution.
  • •Provide technical leadership for the IP&S team to develop, integrate, and maintain IMS reporting to program management.
  • •Perform supplier scheduling integration, analysis, and review.
  • •Maintain and develop detailed and lower-level schedules, including critical path analysis, what-if planning, and change integration.
  • •Provide robust performance reporting from the IMS to support program management, including briefings for senior leadership and customers.

Salary: USD 101,150 - 171,350 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Project or Program management experience.
  • •3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •Experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or similar.
  • •Strong communication skills.
